Due to cross contamination issues, and that all Darklab and FK Irons devices are custom built to order, and as such we do not accept returns. All device sales are final. We do, however, have a guarantee for all of our battery packs.

Due to high high demand and COVID-19 crisis, All orders containing Lightning Bolts can take up to 14-21 business to be assemble and shipped. 

Any shipping method chosen by the customer would not take effect until the order is ready to ship out.
